Rules
1. This is a private server! That means we can not
guarantee that you can play 24/7, we try our best to keep the server
online and without lags. We hope you can understand that we can not say
at which time we have a server maintenance.
2. If an update of the client is needed you will find the
download link on this page. If you download the update anywhere else
and you get hacked we can't help you!
3. Server news or needed updates will be posted in notices
in game and at homepage. So when someone spams URLs in shouts they are
not from us!
4. Nobody should insult other players or their family
members, no matter in which language! When you see somebody going mad,
make a screen shot and post it in forum.
5. At this server we don't want any cheater or user of
illegal programs which helps to play the game! All cheat users will be
blocked for ever!
6. Additional to point 5: For example, the use of programs
that help executing a skill, or any similar behavior will not be
tolerated and no excuses will help, it will be a block forever.
7. If you find bugs or some more at the game play, what
could be improved or changed, then inform us, how it is already
described in point 4!
8. The GMs do not play active on this server, this means:
No GMs in castle siege, no player with stuff from GMs, no player who
levels together with GMs in party, no GMs which help to make better
weapons and no GM will kill players as assassin, if it's a mistake the
GM has to give a rebirth scroll to the accidently killed player.
9. Do not ask us for stuff, because you don't get
anything! You only waste our time in which we could add new features
into the game.
10. Using rebirth scroll during castle siege is forbidden.
Those Players, who used rebirth scroll during castle siege, will be
excluded for the rest of the castle sieges and blocked till one week
after next castle war. If you see players who use rebirth scroll during
the war make a screenshot and post it in forum after the war.
11. To trade or to sell accounts/items from Xiu to another
server or only on Xiu server will not be tolerated anymore. This is not
the sense of the game. But if you trade your account/items and one of
the involved players get scammed than the accounts of both players will
get a block. We will block everyone and their other accounts who trying
to sell, buy or trade accounts or/and to trade to another server for
unknown time

To use names like a GM is not allowed, because of GM name fakers who want to scam player accounts.
No GM will ask you for your ID or Password and nobody else want/have to know it!
13. In case you're not sure, whether something is allowed
or not, just ask one of the game masters. When no GM is online, you
have to wait for one. In addition you can take a look at the FAQ. Otherwise it will be your own fault if you get blocked by doing something wrong.
14. Don't be angry if GMs don't answer you, perhaps the
GMs are busy with other things and don't forget: you are not the only
one on the server who have a problem or a question.
15.
When you start to play on our private server, so you accept our rules
and there can't be any excuses, like "I didn't know the rules" to take
the block away.

We do our best, and we hope you like it! Maybe we must change rules or anything else so it has an open end :P
